A 40 sqm apartment is available for rent in a beautiful location (Grün straße, 66111, Saarbrücken) very close to the city centre.
The apartmentis in the ground floor. It consists of one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. The apartmentent is partially furnished (kitchen and one cupboard are only the provided by landlord). However, the next tenant has opportunity to buy the furniture from me (discussion with the potential tenant about details of the furniture available for selling and their costs is possible in the subsequent meetings)
The apartment has been renovated recently. The Floor was replaced in May 2022 and the windows were replaced in January 2023.
Connection: There are 4 bus stops nearby; Deutsche rentenversicherung (3 mins by walk), Johanneskirsche (4 mins by walk), Johanneskirsche tram stop/Rathhaus (6 mins by walk), Haus der Zukunft (5 mins by walk).
PLEASE NOTE that the heating costs and electricity consumption must be registered and paid by the tenant himself. This gives you the flexibility to regulate your energy consumption according to your personal needs. I am staying in this apartment as a single person and I pay approximatey 510 EUR/ month taking (apartment rent + heating costs + electricity) together.
The apartment is suitable for single person but can be also suitable for a family of two people.
My landlord is a very nice and supportive person. He is looking for a nice tenant with stable employment status (preferably permanent /a long-term employment contract). possibility of visiting the apartment:
Weekdays: Between 18.30 hr an 19.30 hr (with prior appointments only).
Weekends: Between 10.00 hr and 18.00 hr (with prior appointments only).
