We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Specialist (m/f/d) with third level support experience for our internationally operating customer in the IT services sector.
The job can be part-time or full-time 100% remote just residence in Germany, the U.K., Spain or France is required.

What you can expect:
IMS software management: installation, upgrade, maintenance and replacement of software
Third-level support and customer consulting for processing software errors
Documentation, incident, change and problem handling
Development and implementation of IMS databases and applications according to company requirements
Performance optimization of IMS databases and applications to ensure efficient processing of data
Advising and supporting internal and external parties in the use of IMS systems and databases
What you'll bring:
Experience in third-level support
Customer focus and excellent communication skills
Experience in life cycle management
Experience in dealing with IMS
Business fluent in written and spoken English
German language skills beneficial
